  • Free parking is limited in the area, but Livingston lot is a paid parking lot located across the street.

  • Walk-ins are always welcome. However due to limited seating at the temaki bar, we highly recommend making a reservation.

  • We now offer handrolls at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge.

    Lounge serves limited hand-roll menu. Full hand-roll menu is only available at the temaki bar.

    Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar to be sat in front of the chefs for a more personalized experience.

About our Chef

Michael earned his first Michelin star in 2022, a year after launching Soseki Modern Omakase in Orlando, FL. Soseki, a 10 seat multi-course tasting menu, utilizes the best fish from around the world while exploring the amazing bounty Central Florida has to offer.

 

With over 20+ years in the hospitality industry  Michael searched to work for some of the best chefs from Wolfgang Puck, Joel Robuchon, Eric Ripert, Masa Takayama and Jennifer Carroll. Spending time working in leadership roles for amazing brands like Levy Restaurants, MGM Grand, Ritz Carlton, Aria Casino and Culinary Director for a multi unit/ concept brand. 

Michael is featured on Morimoto's Sushi Masters on season 1 on Roku and consults on various projects around the country.
